All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once yourorder has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

New York Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


New York Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

New York Cosmetics is a small business and we can't order ingredients in the bulk quantities that large chain stores can so unfortunatley, our manufacturing costs are a little more.

Money Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your product after ensuring you have followed our usage suggestions correctly please EMAIL or CALL us within 14 days of your order and return the products in question for a full refund (after review) minus shipping costs. If our returns team find evidence that our suggested usage guides have not been followed, you as the customer will be found as uncompliant and a refund will not be issued.

Returns and Refund Policy for Faulty Items

All request for refunds and returns outside of the money back guarantee due to a fault with our product must be made within 30 days of purchase must be made by speaking to one of our team via EMAIL or CALL. If a refund or return has not previously been arranged and an item is received then a refund will not be issued.

Returns and Refund Policy for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you dislike the product fragrance, only if the item is damaged or found to be faulty.
